Providence Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament

The 11th Annual Providence Hospital Foundation Charity Golf Classic
will be held Tuesday, October 26, 2010
at Steelwood.

Proceeds from this fun-filled tournament benefit
Camp Bluebird and the Providence Hospital Cancer Center Fund.
A steak dinner is included and Registration is limited!
